Task manager is disabled ?

 Task manager is disabled or its some registry fault... Try this trick bro....

1) Start > Run > Gpedit.msc >Enter> User Configuration > Administrative Templates > System > Ctrl+Alt+Del Options

2) Right handside of the window see "Remove Task Manager"" option set to "Disable" or "Not Configured".
